Massage includes upper half of the back, shoulders, neck (back), scalp and face. Essential oils are mixed based on what the client would prefer for additional treatment for the scalp.  This massage is performed seated.

Relaxation or Therapeutic/Restorative massage performed as either half body or full body treatment. Hot Stones are optional but highly recommended as the heat helps relax muscles further and stimulates relaxation.

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

This is not standard massage .  Client remains clothed and the treatment is movement-based. Its purpose is to reset nerve hypersensitivity back to neutral and the goal is to downgrade pain and reprogram sensory information processed by the brain giving release.  *Bills as massage

Rapid NFR

Prenatal massage can help alleviate pregnancy back, hip and foot pain and increase blood circulation, which can provide more oxygen and nutrients to the baby.  Massage also helps with sleeping and stress relief for mum.  Hot Stones are optional but definitely recommended!

Combines traditional massage movements with the use of a silicone cup to create negative pressure on the skin. Special cups are applied to the treatment area in order to increase blood flow and relieve heat and stagnation in areas of the body that are tense, tight or in pain.
